This year I have started working with a trainer at Carmichael training here in Asheville.
Met Colin beginning of this year as he has been working with Cole Bangert and Chris Herndon.!
I hope it will work out great Colin is a very motivated trainer and I see a great advantage working with him.
So far the hardest thing I had to do the other day was the Fitness test… pretty much the hardest thing I have ever done!!

Team Roster….2008
March 10, 2008So its coming time to the 2008 season and I still have no bikes for our team!!! very frustrating..
At first it was going to be just myself as it looks a little more professional than having a team dispersed all over and not very organized but, now we have taken on a junior rider named Will Colins who was in our North East Sovereign team last year.
He seems pretty motivated this year and I think with my help he can get to World champs.
The Roster this year will be mainly East Nationals and big events such as US Open, Sea Otter and so on.. also will be doing some of the World Cups mainly up in Canada. I think I will be doing Slovenia as USA cycling will be looking at the early events for selection to the team.
Hopefully all goes well this year and you will see some Morewood’s up on the Podium!
